mini trial run date...

Date: 17th June 2008
Time: 9am to 3pm
Venue: Block L level 5 backlift

strictly no slippers and please wear your lanyard. All committee are required to be there, those who cannot come need a valid reason, thanks.

Things to take note:

Joel & Alvin: Please tell me for TFA seating arrangement, how you all plan? e.g: how many sits for audience? how many seats for VIPs, how many seats for excos and senior excos?

Alvin: Please pass me the latest crowd control plan tomorrow during the mini trial run as senior raymond want to see.

Committee: Please be reminded that tomorrow there will be a voting for the token of appreciation.
